The machine is a kind of high-speed electric spark hole processing equipment, which uses a copper tube as the electrode and is guided by a guide. A high-efficiency pulse power supply is applied between the electrode and the workpiece. During the processing, the spindle drives the electrode to perform servo feed under the control of the servo system, and pulse high-frequency discharge is generated between the electrode and the workpiece, so as to control the workpiece erosion. During the processing, the high pressure water quality working fluid is ejected from the inner hole of the electrode, and the processing area is subject to forced chip removal cooling to ensure the smooth processing. The machining aperture range is generally φ 0.2-4mm, the depth-diameter ratio of the aperture around 1mm can reach more than 300:1, the machining speed is generally 1-40mm/min, and it can directly penetrate through the inclined surface and curved surface without being limited by the hardness and toughness of the material. The CNC electric spark piercer is a product integrating advanced functions such as Z-axis depth setting precision machining, X-axis and Y-axis servo inspection, etc., with features such as convenient use, simple operation, stability and reliability, wide application range, etc. It can be used to cut precision holes in the depth difficult to be machined by traditional machining methods such as threading holes, filter holes, pores, group holes and nozzle holes of various metals and ultra-hard conductive bodies.
The machine bed, column, headstock and other key parts are all made of Mikhna (dense drying) castings, with stable structure and permanent quality. Castings are calculated and analyzed by finite element analysis method, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement matching provide high mechanical rigidity. The material grade of castings is FC-300. The casting structure adopts the integrated molding technology, and the box structure adopts the large pentahedral machining machine for processing. The clamping process is completed in one time. The machine tool has high rigidity, high strength and good geometric accuracy. It can ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the machine tool.
The wire rail support can support heavy load and move quickly to ensure accurate positioning.
The marble base is wide and solid, and the heavy load full support design is adopted. The structure is solid, which can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing.
The main shaft head is reinforced with ribs. The contact length ratio between the main shaft head and the column is appropriate to provide stable support for the main shaft.
Three-axis motor and precision high-speed ball screw are directly driven and pre-tensioned to enhance rigidity and precision.
