一.Advantages and main components of the machine tool

1. The spindle adopts A2-5 sleeve spindle, the through hole diameter is 56, and imported P4 grade bearings are selected, which has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and low noise.

2. The center height is 127mm, and the BMT40Y-axis power turret can efficiently turn, mill, drill and tap, effectively improving the processing accuracy and processing efficiency.

3. The bed adopts a 35° inclined bed design, HT250 whole machine casting, tempering and vibration aging treatment to ensure the long-lasting accuracy of the machine tool.

4. Ball screw: Select Taiwan's original C3 grade high-precision ball screw, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and low noise.

二. Machine tool working environment

Ambient temperature: within the range of 5℃～40℃, and the average temperature for 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃.

Relative humidity: within the range of 30%～95%, and the principle of humidity change is that condensation should not be caused.

Altitude: below 1000m.

Atmosphere: no excessive dust, acid gas, corrosive gas and salt.

Installation location: away from vibration sources, away from flammable and explosive items, avoid direct sunlight on the machine tool or heat radiation on the machine tool to cause changes in ambient temperature
