These manufacturers often do not have the ability to manufacture complete machines and can only produce in an assembled manner. There is no quality control in the entire production process, and R&D and innovation are even more impossible. There are many such manufacturers in the eastern region of China. In addition, China's laws supporting the market economy are not yet mature, and local governments are protected by interests. Therefore, these enterprises without production capacity will continue to survive.
