When operating any mechanical equipment, attention must be paid to personal safety and equipment security.

Before starting the equipment, the working fluid must be checked. The production environment must not contain flammable or explosive materials. Operators should follow the prescribed operating procedures and select appropriate processing parameters to prevent issues such as wire breakage. When handling molybdenum wire, care must be taken to avoid hand injuries, and waste wire should be placed in designated containers.

It is prohibited to touch the power supply with wet hands. Safety regulations must be strictly followed during operation. Prevent conductive substances like working fluid from entering electrical components, which could cause short circuits.

After using the fast-moving wire cutting equipment, turn off the power, clean the worktable and fixtures, properly dispose of the cutting fluid, and avoid direct contact with the cutting fluid with bare hands.
