Before starting the equipment, the working fluid must be checked. There should be no flammable or explosive materials in the production environment. Operate according to the prescribed procedures and select appropriate processing parameters to prevent issues such as wire breakage. When loading or unloading molybdenum wire, be careful to avoid hand injuries, and dispose of waste wire in designated containers.

Do not touch the power supply with wet hands, and always adhere to safety regulations during operation. Prevent conductive substances such as working fluid from entering electrical components, which could cause short circuits.

After using the fast wire cutting equipment, turn off the power, clean the worktable and fixtures, and properly handle the cutting fluid. Avoid direct contact with the cutting fluid with bare hands.
