CNC drilling machine operating procedures
Nov 03, 2024| 1. Before working, carefully check whether the grid voltage, oil pump, lubrication, and oil volume are normal, check whether the pressure, cooling, oil pipes, tools, and fixtures are intact, and perform regular maintenance of the machine tool.
2. After the machine tool is powered on, first perform the mechanical zero return operation, and then test run for 5 minutes to confirm that the machinery, tools, fixtures, workpieces, CNC parameters, etc. are correct before starting normal operation.
3. Carefully check whether the program compilation, parameter setting, action sequencing, tool interference, workpiece clamping, switch protection and other links are completely correct to avoid accidents and damage to tools and related parts during cycle processing. Strictly follow the operating procedures for trial cutting and tool setting, and do a good job of program protection after debugging.
4. During automatic cycle processing, the protective sliding door should be closed. When manual operation is required while the spindle is rotating, be sure to keep your body and clothes away from rotating and moving parts to avoid accidents caused by clothes being involved.
5. The spindle or turret tool magazine tool loading operation must be carried out when the mechanical movement is stopped, and pay attention to the cooperation with the collaborative personnel to avoid accidents. When changing tools manually or automatically, pay attention to the installation positions of the turret, tool magazine, mechanical arm rotation, and tools, and keep the body and head away from the tool rotation part to avoid injury. For machining center machines, you should also check the correspondence between the tool magazine tool sleeve number and the tool number to prevent tool magazine tool number confusion from causing tool change interference or tool collision accidents.
6. When clamping the workpiece, it should be clamped firmly to prevent the workpiece from flying out and causing accidents. After clamping, pay attention to taking out the chuck wrench and other adjustment tools to prevent the spindle from rotating and causing accidents.
7. The machine tool operator should be able to handle general alarm faults. If a serious fault occurs, the power should be turned off quickly, the site should be protected, and it should be reported in time and recorded.
8. After the work is completed, the machine tool guide rails and workbench should be wiped clean, and the work log should be filled in carefully.
