Control measures for electric spark punching machine

Before work
1. Wear protective equipment correctly as required, wear protective glasses, and fasten work clothes.
2. Check the machinery, pulse power supply, control knobs, display instruments, exhaust fans and other parts, and confirm that they are safe and reliable before working.
3. Inject the specified lubricating oil or grease into the lubrication parts regularly as required to ensure the flexible operation of the mechanism, especially the reverser and bearings, which should be checked and replaced regularly (tentatively set for half a year).
4. Open flames or smoking are prohibited in the operating room. Sufficient fire extinguishing equipment must be equipped at the work site and ensure that they are in good condition.
5. Regularly check whether the filter in the cleaning working fluid tank is blocked by chips and sediment, check whether the working fluid pump is in good condition, and whether there are any abnormal sounds.
6. Check whether the exhaust equipment is in good condition.
During work
1. The operator should stand on an insulating rubber or wooden pedal.
2. It is forbidden to touch the electrode with your hands.
3. When loading and unloading workpieces, positioning, correcting electrodes, and wiping machine tools, the pulse power supply must be cut off.
4. The working fluid level should be kept 50-60mm above the workpiece surface to prevent the liquid level from being too low and catching fire.
5. Remove the harmful gases decomposed in time.
6. It is strictly forbidden for one person to operate more than two machine tools at the same time. Do not leave the work station during operation. If you need to leave, you must shut down the machine.
End of work
At the end of work, you must cut off the power supply, clean the chips, oil stains and on-site hygiene on the machine tools, and tidy up the work site. Fill in the equipment operation record and shift handover record.
