1. Cleaning: disassemble and clean the oil scrapers of each part; wipe the sliding surfaces and guide surfaces, wipe the workbench and the horizontal and lifting screws, wipe the feeder and the tool holder.
2. Lubrication: keep each oil hole clean and unobstructed and add 32# lubricating oil; add lubricating oil to each guide surface, sliding surface and each screw; check the oil pot, oil level, and add oil to the elevation position.
3. Tightening: check and tighten the pressure plate and insert screws; check and tighten the workbench limit screws, feeder transmission mechanism, three-ball handle, workbench bracket screws.
4. Adjustment: check and adjust the milling head belt, pressure plate and inserts to be tight; check and adjust the limit block and screw clearance.
5. Anti-corrosion: remove rust from each part, protect the painted surface, and avoid collision; oil the guide surface, sliding screw handwheel and other exposed parts of the unused and spare equipment for anti-corrosion
