1. High rigidity gantry frame:
Basic bed frame: Made of high-quality cast iron or welded steel structure, with dense reinforcement ribs arranged inside. After strict vibration aging treatment or natural aging treatment, it ensures that the basic components do not deform for a long time, with good shock absorption and excellent stability.
Longmen structure: A closed force ring is composed of solid columns on both sides and a crossbeam at the top, which makes the machine tool deform very little when subjected to huge cutting forces, providing the possibility for strong cutting.
2. Wide workbench and powerful load-bearing capacity:
The workbench has a huge area and can accommodate heavy workpieces weighing several tons or even tens of tons (such as large steel plates, machine tool bases, diesel engine bodies, etc.).
The workbench usually adopts a T-shaped groove or grid shaped threaded hole design, and can be optionally equipped with hydraulic or electric lifting devices to facilitate the lifting and fixing of workpieces.
3. Powerful spindle system:
High power spindle: Equipped with a high-power (usually over 15kW, even up to tens of kW) and high torque milling spindle, it can perform strong milling on difficult to machine materials such as steel and cast iron.
Multiple spindle configurations: BT50, BT40 and other high taper tool holders can be selected according to requirements to ensure the rigidity and stability of tool connections. The spindle is usually equipped with an automatic cutting mechanism and a spindle constant temperature cooling system to maintain accuracy under long-term high load machining.
4. High precision transmission system:
Heavy duty ball screw: The X, Y, and Z axes all use large-diameter, high-precision pre tensioned ball screws, driven by high torque servo motors to ensure precise and smooth transmission.
High load guide rail: Adopting heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail or plastic coated sliding guide rail, the former has fast speed and high accuracy, while the latter has stronger load-bearing capacity and better seismic resistance.
Dual drive technology (for large machine tools): In the Y-axis (direction of crossbeam movement), dual servo motor synchronous drive technology is usually used, which is precisely synchronized through a numerical control system to effectively prevent crossbeam tilting and ensure motion accuracy.
