Micro-Edge Cutting: The vast number of randomly distributed abrasive grains on the grinding wheel remove extremely fine chips (typically on the micron level) from the workpiece surface.
Comprehensive Action: The grinding process is actually a combined effect of cutting, plowing, and friction polishing by the abrasive grains, ultimately resulting in a smooth surface.
