Micro hole electrical discharge drilling machine is a special processing equipment specifically designed for machining extremely small diameter (usually ranging from 0.1mm to 0.3mm), high aspect ratio, and high-precision holes on conductive materials. It is an extension of the standard electric spark drilling machine towards more precise and smaller directions.
Core principle: Based on the principle of electric discharge erosion. Using an extremely slender hollow tube electrode, high-frequency pulse spark discharge is generated between the electrode and the workpiece. At the same time, high-pressure working fluid (deionized water) is sprayed at high speed from the inside of the electrode tube to cool, remove chips, and maintain stable discharge, thereby "non-contact" etching of the material to form micropores.
