At the same time, high-pressure working fluid (usually deionized water) is sprayed at high speed from the inside of the electrode tube to cool the discharge area and forcefully discharge the erosion products, thereby achieving continuous and stable drilling operations.

1. Connect the main power supply before the cnc edm small hole drill operation, and then turn on the air switch. Rotate the "stop" button. At this time, the machine is powered on.

2. Connect a bucket of tap water, put the two water pipes of the water pump inside, remove the drill chuck, and then turn on the water pump to detect the water flow state. The water flow must be in continuous flow (indicating that there is no air in it and can be processed normally), and then turn off the water pump.

3. Take out the proofer (the specification shown in the video is 1.0), find an electrode tube (the specification in the video is 1.0), and then we thread the electrode tube.

Take out the sealing ring (one end of the sealing ring is two layers and one end is flat), thread the electrode tube into the sealing ring, then into the rotary head, and finally screw in the drill chuck. (it must be clamped to the center of the drill chuck) it can be tightened with a small wrench.

5. Put the proofer on the proofer base, tighten the screws with a wrench, press the "down key" to align the electrode tube into the proofer, and then turn off the "down key".

6. Test and cut with materials. The corresponding parameter of 1.0 specification is 536 (the corresponding parameter of other specifications shall be selected according to the instructions). Turn on the "water pump", "high frequency", "rotation" and "machining" buttons in turn. Start processing.
7. Adjusting the ammeter and voltmeter can adjust the depth and stability of the cnc edm small hole drill.
