During work, check that the machinery, pulse power supply, control knobs, display instruments, and exhaust fans should be kept intact and reliable.
When loading and unloading workpieces, positioning, correcting electrodes, and wiping machine tools, the pulse power supply must be cut off.
The working liquid level should be kept 50~60 mm higher than the surface of the workpiece to prevent the liquid level from being too low and catching fire.
Do not touch the electrodes with your hands. The operator should stand on insulating rubber or wooden steps
Eliminate harmful gases decomposed in a timely manner. If the exhaust fan fails, measures should be taken or the work should be stopped.
Regularly check whether the filter in the cleaning working fluid tank is clogged with iron chips and mud, and check that the working fluid pump is intact, with clear sound and low noise. Problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
