The mechanical part is mainly composed of bed, workbench, wire rack, taper device, accessories of wire transport mechanism, waterproof cover and other parts; The pulse power supply is mainly composed of DC power oscillation stage, preamplifier stage and power amplifier stage; The controller is controlled by the power supply of the electric cabinet, the operation panel, and the start and stop of wire transportation.
Before operation, you must be familiar with all parts of the machine tool and master the correct use method of the electric control cabinet. You can operate according to the following steps:
① Start the power switch, let the machine run without load, and observe whether its working state is normal;
② The electric control cabinet must be powered on for more than 10 minutes without peculiar smell or abnormal sound;
③ In the Autocad EDM Wire Cutting Machine operation:, ensure that the X, y, u and V motors of the machine tool are in normal motion, the reversing of the wire conveying cylinder is normal, the water pump is normal, and the high-frequency AC contactor is normally engaged;

⑤ All inlet and outlet pipes of working fluid are unobstructed and the pressure is normal;
⑥ The working fluid should be added or replaced every 10-15 days.
Winding and installation of electrode wire for Autocad EDM Wire Cutting Machine operation:
Wire speed setting: the machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the rotation speed of the wire conveying cylinder. First, select the second or third speed for wire winding of the wire conveying cylinder. During primary processing, the rotating speed of the wire conveying cylinder generally adopts the gear 0 speed with high speed.
Tension setting: This machine tool adopts manual auxiliary wire winding. Adjust the tension of the electrode wire by manually tightening the wire according to the tightness of the electrode wire.
Before wire winding, the stroke adjustment bumps of the wire conveying cylinder shall be moved to both sides first. Place the electrode wire disc on the shaft extending out of the wire winding mechanism, tighten the knob, then wind one end of the electrode wire to the wire winding drum through the wire discharging wheel and press it with screws (the wire winding drum should be rotated to the terminal position), after evenly winding for several turns, select the second or third speed, and use the wire transportation start / stop button on the wire transportation panel of the machine tool to control the rotation of the motor. Stop the wire conveying motor according to the required wire winding amount. Cut off the electrode wire, wind the electrode wire in the correct way, return to the wire winding cylinder and press it tightly, and wind it in reverse for several circles.
