Introduction of Main Components
Lathe Bed
The lathe bed in flat slideway structure is made of high-quality resin sand mold and the guideway is 390mm wide. The guideway is precisely ground after medium frequency quenching, and the mating surfaces are manually scraped which makes the lathe wearable and precision stable.
2,Headstock
The spindle adopts three points supporting structure to keep high rigidity when it processing. There are 24 kinds of main transmission speed in the range of 9~1600r/min to meet demands on cutting all kinds of specifications and materials. The gears are all precisely ground after high frequency quenching, and each transmission and rolling bearing are strongly lubricated by oil pump, so that the lathe has the characteristics of high speed, low noise and low temperature rise. The mechanical overload protection device of the headstock can effectively avoid the damage of the lathe when its processing torque getting too high.
Feeding System
The feeding box adopts three axis sliding communal gear mechanism and thread changing and redouble mechanism, so that it can process usual threads in the connect of not exchanging the change gears. Feeding types and adjustment range: 93 kinds in 0.028~6.43mm/r in longitudinal, 93 kinds in 0.012~2.73mm/r in horizontal, 48 kinds of metric threads in 0.5~224mm, 48 kinds of inch threads in 72-1/8t/in, 42 kinds of module threads in 0.5~112mm and 45 kinds of diametral pitch threads in 56~1/4DP. The sliding box is equipped with fast moving motor to drive the rest moving longitudinally and horizontally, and the overrunning clutch of the worm shaft can achieve one-way overrunning of the input of the hexagonal bar when the fast motor drives the worm shaft directionally. When the rest moves longitudinally, the longitudinal moving hand wheel on the sliding box releases, and connects when it stop moving, so that it can ensure user's safety. When the rest is suffocated and the cutting power gets too large, the safety clutch slips to avoid damaging the feed chain.
