Flat bed CNC lathe is a high-precision, high-efficiency CNC machine tool widely used in the field of mechanical processing. Technical features
1. The main shaft transmission mode is belt type, the maximum speed: 3000rpm (standard)
2. The standard configuration of the tool holder is a row of tools.
3. The main shaft is an A2-5 set of simple main shafts with high rigidity.
4. The chuck clamping device is a bay hydraulic cylinder with a simple clamp. A hydraulic chuck can be optionally equipped.
5. The electrical box adopts an internal isolation design to separate the heat source of the controller.
Avoid external dust from entering the electrical box: a fan is used on the back side to dissipate heat for the heat plate.
6. The two axes use high-precision ball screws, combined with precision cap pre-loading and end pre-tensioning devices to ensure that the backlash and thermal deformation of the machine are kept at a low value for a long time.
7. The X and Z axes use linear guides with high rigidity, low sound, and low friction, which can be quickly displaced and obtain the best cycle accuracy.
8. The machine undergoes strict inspection measures before shipment to ensure the long-term stability of the machine's various accuracies.

1. Processing of long shaft parts
Typical parts: transmission shaft, hydraulic cylinder, motor spindle, long shaft of mining machinery.
Advantages:
The bed structure is stable and not easy to deform when supporting long workpieces.
The rigidity can be enhanced by the tailstock or center frame to ensure the straightness of the long axis.
2. Large disc and sleeve parts
Typical parts: flange, gear blank, bearing seat, large end cover.
Advantages:
The large-diameter spindle (optional through-hole diameter>100mm) is suitable for clamping large-size workpieces.
High-torque spindle motor, suitable for large-allowance turning.
3. Heavy-load roughing and intermittent cutting
Scenario: initial processing of forged/cast blanks (such as removing oxide scale, rough turning with machining allowance>5mm).
Advantages:
The bed has strong vibration absorption ability and is more stable in dealing with impact loads.
The guide rail is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. Low-complexity mass production
Scenario: Batch turning of standard parts such as bolts, pins, bushings, etc.
Automation: A bar feeder or robot can be added to achieve automated production.
